Ann has long-term and wide experience in how to design supports around an individual and their family to ensure a positive image, that personal development is enhanced and that there is every opportunity to take up valued roles in the community. To that end Anne completed the IABA Training for the development of Positive Behaviours Support Plans back in way way back 😊 and is passionate about utilising this framework’s person centre approach for the best outcomes for the focus person.

nne is a passionate believer in the importance and expertise held by family and has worked with a wide range of family dynamics in a collaborative and respectful manner. Ann is the parent of three adult children, two of whom live with significant disability. She is pleased to say that they are living very good lives.

Ann understands individualised supports and what living and being part of the community means and what it takes to make this possible. She has extensive experience in developing staff teams and coaching them the develop the skills that they need to work effectively with the person in a consistent manner.

She has strong interest and expertise in working with people who are considered to have challenging behaviour and has worked closely with individuals and their families to assist people to manage their lives better and has lectured widely on this topic throughout Australia.
