Lee Cattana, Support Coordinator

ee was fortunate enough to gain a scholarship through her university in 2018, which allowed her to experience diversity and culture in multiple healthcare settings in Ahmedabad, India. This experience really opened her eyes in realizing how wonderful and supportive Australia’s healthcare system is and how she can continue to enhance opportunities for individuals, through advocating for people’s choice and rights.

Lee’s previous work history includes support work and as an AIN in both the disability sector and aged care sector, respectively. Her aspiration in supporting people living with disability started when she supported her mum back in Sydney, who lived with Alzheimer’s Disease, almost 20 years ago.

Lee provides the following services:

  • Support Coordination

Working as a Support Coordinator at PoDDSS has allowed Lee to share her passion, knowledge and experience with those she supports, along with their families/guardians and stakeholders alike. Lee believes working together as a team in achieving goals and dreams for an individual is paramount.

Lee loves travelling, exploring new countries, socializing with family and friends and most of all she enjoys testing out new cuisines (she is a bit of a foodie!). Her easy-going nature and cheeky sense of humor has warmed many a heart over the years and she can’t wait to connect with you today!
