oDDSS is excited to welcome Leigh-Ann Rozis to the team, Leigh-Ann has been living in Townsville for 9 years starting a successful business and beginning her care career at the Acute Mental Health Unit at the TTH. Since then she has found her passion for working with people in the disability sector and delights in being able to contribute to improving and maintaining your way of life through your stakeholder network and the NDIS.

Leigh-Anne Rozis, Support Coordinator

eigh-Ann has her Certificate 3 in Disability Supports, has exhibited great success in working alongside clients with ABI, has completed Mental Health and Suicide prevention courses, has an awareness of Autism Sensory needs and is keen to further her abilities by undertaking training in Positive Behaviour Support. Leigh-Ann has strong connections in the Townsville community and has built collaborative relationships with external service providers, advocacy groups, and support service providers.

Leigh-Ann believes that we never stop learning and is always interested in learning from and alongside clients and family members, she understands that family have a wealth of knowledge about clients and by working together towards common goals, she will be of utmost value to you and your stakeholder network.

As a support coordinator, Leigh-Ann consistently works with individuals and families to assess a client’s needs and strengths, she will then work with the client and family members to develop and support them in reaching their goals and improving the client’s quality of life. Her knowledge of NDIS plans will greatly benefit clients and allow them to utilise the plan in the best possible way. She has hands-on experience in working with people with disabilities so she truly understands the difference good coordination and support staff can make to a client’s way of life.
